By submitting my film, I confirm that I hold all necessary rights required for the submission and screening of the submitted work.

I agree that the submitted film may be used exclusively for the purposes of viewing, evaluation and selection by the organising team and the jury of the Hamburger Kinoforum Kinohafen.

In the event of official selection, I grant the Hamburger Kinoforum Kinohafen permission to publicly screen the film as part of the festival.
